A hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1s visszavon\u00e1s\u00e1nak joga<\/b><\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00d6n b\u00e1rmikor jogosult az adatkezel\u00e9shez adott hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1st visszavonni, ilyen esetben a megadott adatokat rendszereinkb\u0151l t\u00f6r\u00f6lj\u00fck. K\u00e9rj\u00fck azonban vegye figyelembe, hogy a m\u00e9g nem teljes\u00edtett megrendel\u00e9s eset\u00e9n a visszavon\u00e1s azzal a k\u00f6vetkezm\u00e9nnyel j\u00e1rhat, hogy nem tudjuk \u00d6n fel\u00e9 teljes\u00edteni a kisz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1st. A szem\u00e9lyes adatokhoz val\u00f3 hozz\u00e1f\u00e9r\u00e9s<\/b><\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00d6n jogosult arra, hogy az Adatkezel\u0151t\u0151l visszajelz\u00e9st kapjon arra vonatkoz\u00f3an, hogy szem\u00e9lyes adatainak kezel\u00e9se folyamatban van-e, \u00e9s ha adatkezel\u00e9s folyamatban van, jogosult arra, hogy:<\/span><\/p>\r\n

a kezelt szem\u00e9lyes adatokhoz hozz\u00e1f\u00e9r\u00e9st kapjon \u00e9s a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151 inform\u00e1ci\u00f3kr\u00f3l az Adatkezel\u0151 t\u00e1j\u00e9koztassa:<\/span><\/p>\r\n

inform\u00e1ci\u00f3 azon c\u00edmzettekr\u0151l vagy c\u00edmzettek kateg\u00f3ri\u00e1ir\u00f3l, akikkel, illetve amelyekkel a szem\u00e9lyes adatokat Adatkezel\u0151 k\u00f6z\u00f6lte vagy k\u00f6z\u00f6lni fogja;<\/span><\/p>\r\n

a szem\u00e9lyes adatok t\u00e1rol\u00e1s\u00e1nak tervezett id\u0151tartama, vagy ha ez nem lehets\u00e9ges, ezen id\u0151tartam meghat\u00e1roz\u00e1s\u00e1nak szempontjai;<\/span><\/p>\r\n

az \u00d6n azon joga, hogy k\u00e9relmezheti az Adatkezel\u0151t\u0151l az \u00d6nre vonatkoz\u00f3 szem\u00e9lyes adatok helyesb\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9t, t\u00f6rl\u00e9s\u00e9t vagy kezel\u00e9s\u00e9nek korl\u00e1toz\u00e1s\u00e1t, \u00e9s jogos \u00e9rdeken alapul\u00f3 adatkezel\u00e9s eset\u00e9n tiltakozhat az ilyen szem\u00e9lyes adatok kezel\u00e9se ellen;<\/span><\/p>\r\n

az automatiz\u00e1lt d\u00f6nt\u00e9shozatal t\u00e9ny\u00e9r\u0151l (ha alkalmazott ilyen elj\u00e1r\u00e1s), ide\u00e9rtve a profilalkot\u00e1st is, valamint legal\u00e1bb ezekben az esetekben az alkalmazott logik\u00e1ra \u00e9s arra vonatkoz\u00f3an \u00e9rthet\u0151 inform\u00e1ci\u00f3kat, hogy az ilyen adatkezel\u00e9s milyen jelent\u0151s\u00e9ggel, \u00e9s \u00d6nre n\u00e9zve milyen v\u00e1rhat\u00f3 k\u00f6vetkezm\u00e9nyekkel b\u00edr.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

A jog gyakorl\u00e1s\u00e1nak c\u00e9lja az adatkezel\u00e9s jogszer\u0171s\u00e9g\u00e9nek meg\u00e1llap\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1ra \u00e9s ellen\u0151rz\u00e9s\u00e9re ir\u00e1nyulhat, ez\u00e9rt t\u00f6bbsz\u00f6ri t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1s k\u00e9r\u00e9s eset\u00e9n Adatkezel\u0151 m\u00e9lt\u00e1nyos k\u00f6lts\u00e9gt\u00e9r\u00edt\u00e9st sz\u00e1molhat fel a t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1s teljes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9\u00e9rt cser\u00e9be.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

A szem\u00e9lyes adatokhoz val\u00f3 hozz\u00e1f\u00e9r\u00e9st Adatkezel\u0151 \u00fagy biztos\u00edtja, hogy az \u00d6n azonos\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1t k\u00f6vet\u0151en emailben juttatja el \u00d6nh\u00f6z a kezelt szem\u00e9lyes adatokat \u00e9s az inform\u00e1ci\u00f3kat.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Amennyiben regisztr\u00e1ci\u00f3val rendelkezik, akkor a hozz\u00e1f\u00e9r\u00e9st \u00fagy biztos\u00edtjuk, hogy a felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3i fi\u00f3kj\u00e1ba bel\u00e9pve tudja az \u00d6nr\u0151l kezelt szem\u00e9lyes adatokat megtekinteni \u00e9s ellen\u0151rizni.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

K\u00e9rj\u00fck, hogy k\u00e9relm\u00e9ben jel\u00f6lje meg, hogy a szem\u00e9lyes adatokhoz k\u00e9r hozz\u00e1f\u00e9r\u00e9st, vagy az adatkezel\u00e9ssel kapcsolatos inform\u00e1ci\u00f3kat k\u00e9ri.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Helyesb\u00edt\u00e9shez val\u00f3 jog<\/b><\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00d6n jogosult arra, hogy k\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9re Adatkezel\u0151 k\u00e9sedelem n\u00e9lk\u00fcl helyesb\u00edtse az \u00d6nre vonatkoz\u00f3 pontatlan szem\u00e9lyes adatokat.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Adatkezel\u00e9s korl\u00e1toz\u00e1s\u00e1hoz val\u00f3 jog<\/b><\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00d6n jogosult arra, hogy k\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9re Adatkezel\u0151 korl\u00e1tozza az adatkezel\u00e9st, ha az al\u00e1bbiak valamelyike teljes\u00fcl:<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00d6n vitatja a szem\u00e9lyes adatok pontoss\u00e1g\u00e1t, ez esetben a korl\u00e1toz\u00e1s arra az id\u0151tartamra vonatkozik, amely lehet\u0151v\u00e9 teszi, hogy Adatkezel\u0151 ellen\u0151rizze a szem\u00e9lyes adatok pontoss\u00e1g\u00e1t, ha a pontos adat azonnal meg\u00e1llap\u00edthat\u00f3, akkor nem ker\u00fcl sor a korl\u00e1toz\u00e1sra;<\/span><\/p>\r\n

az adatkezel\u00e9s jogellenes, de \u00d6n ellenzi az adatok t\u00f6rl\u00e9s\u00e9t b\u00e1rmely okb\u00f3l (p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul az\u00e9rt mert az \u00d6n sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra jogi ig\u00e9ny \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edt\u00e9se miatt fontosak az adatok), ez\u00e9rt nem az adatok t\u00f6rl\u00e9s\u00e9t k\u00e9ri, hanem ehelyett k\u00e9ri azok felhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1nak korl\u00e1toz\u00e1s\u00e1t;<\/span><\/p>\r\n

az Adatkezel\u0151nek m\u00e1r nincs sz\u00fcks\u00e9ge a szem\u00e9lyes adatokra a megjel\u00f6lt adatkezel\u00e9s c\u00e9lj\u00e1b\u00f3l, de \u00d6n ig\u00e9nyli azokat jogi ig\u00e9nyek el\u0151terjeszt\u00e9s\u00e9hez, \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9hez vagy v\u00e9delm\u00e9hez; vagy \u00d6n tiltakozott az adatkezel\u00e9s ellen, de Adatkezel\u0151 jogos \u00e9rdeke is megalapozhatja az adatkezel\u00e9st, ez esetben am\u00edg meg\u00e1llap\u00edt\u00e1sra nem ker\u00fcl, hogy Adatkezel\u0151 jogos indokai els\u0151bbs\u00e9get \u00e9lveznek-e az \u00d6n jogos indokaival szemben, az adatkezel\u00e9st korl\u00e1tozni kell.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Ha az adatkezel\u00e9s korl\u00e1toz\u00e1s al\u00e1 esik, az ilyen szem\u00e9lyes adatokat a t\u00e1rol\u00e1s kiv\u00e9tel\u00e9vel csak az \u00e9rintett hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1s\u00e1val, vagy jogi ig\u00e9nyek el\u0151terjeszt\u00e9s\u00e9hez, \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9hez vagy v\u00e9delm\u00e9hez, vagy m\u00e1s term\u00e9szetes vagy jogi szem\u00e9ly jogainak v\u00e9delme \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben, vagy az Uni\u00f3, illetve valamely tag\u00e1llam fontos k\u00f6z\u00e9rdek\u00e9b\u0151l lehet kezelni.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Adatkezel\u0151 az adatkezel\u00e9s korl\u00e1toz\u00e1s\u00e1nak felold\u00e1s\u00e1r\u00f3l el\u0151zetesen (legal\u00e1bb a korl\u00e1toz\u00e1s felold\u00e1s\u00e1t megel\u0151z\u0151 3 munkanappal) t\u00e1j\u00e9koztatja \u00d6nt.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

T\u00f6rl\u00e9shez – elfeledtet\u00e9shez val\u00f3 jog<\/b><\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00d6n jogosult arra, hogy Adatkezel\u0151 indokolatlan k\u00e9sedelem n\u00e9lk\u00fcl t\u00f6r\u00f6lje az \u00d6nre vonatkoz\u00f3 szem\u00e9lyes adatokat, ha az al\u00e1bbi indokok valamelyike fenn\u00e1ll:<\/span><\/p>\r\n

a szem\u00e9lyes adatokra m\u00e1r nincs sz\u00fcks\u00e9g abb\u00f3l a c\u00e9lb\u00f3l, amelyb\u0151l azokat Adatkezel\u0151 gy\u0171jt\u00f6tte vagy m\u00e1s m\u00f3don kezelte;<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00d6n visszavonja hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1s\u00e1t \u00e9s az adatkezel\u00e9snek nincs m\u00e1s jogalapja;<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00d6n tiltakozik a jogos \u00e9rdeken alapul\u00f3 adatkezel\u00e9s ellen, \u00e9s nincs els\u0151bbs\u00e9get \u00e9lvez\u0151 jogszer\u0171 ok (azaz jogos \u00e9rdek) az adatkezel\u00e9sre, a szem\u00e9lyes adatokat Adatkezel\u0151 jogellenesen kezelte \u00e9s ez a panasz alapj\u00e1n meg\u00e1llap\u00edt\u00e1st nyert, a szem\u00e9lyes adatokat az Adatkezel\u0151re alkalmazand\u00f3 uni\u00f3s vagy tag\u00e1llami jogban el\u0151\u00edrt jogi k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9g teljes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9hez t\u00f6r\u00f6lni kell.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Ha az Adatkezel\u0151 b\u00e1rmely jogszer\u0171 okn\u00e1l fogva nyilv\u00e1noss\u00e1gra hozta az \u00d6nr\u0151l kezelt szem\u00e9lyes adatot, \u00e9s b\u00e1rmely fent megjel\u00f6lt okb\u00f3l t\u00f6r\u00f6lni k\u00f6teles azt, az el\u00e9rhet\u0151 technol\u00f3gia \u00e9s a megval\u00f3s\u00edt\u00e1s k\u00f6lts\u00e9geinek figyelembev\u00e9tel\u00e9vel k\u00f6teles megtenni az \u00e9szszer\u0171en elv\u00e1rhat\u00f3 l\u00e9p\u00e9seket \u2013 ide\u00e9rtve technikai int\u00e9zked\u00e9seket \u2013 annak \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben, hogy t\u00e1j\u00e9koztassa az adatokat kezel\u0151 m\u00e1s adatkezel\u0151ket, hogy \u00d6n k\u00e9relmezte a sz\u00f3ban forg\u00f3 szem\u00e9lyes adatokra mutat\u00f3 linkek vagy e szem\u00e9lyes adatok m\u00e1solat\u00e1nak, illetve m\u00e1sodp\u00e9ld\u00e1ny\u00e1nak t\u00f6rl\u00e9s\u00e9t.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

A t\u00f6rl\u00e9s nem alkalmazand\u00f3, amennyiben az adatkezel\u00e9s sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges:<\/span><\/p>\r\n

a v\u00e9lem\u00e9nynyilv\u00e1n\u00edt\u00e1s szabads\u00e1g\u00e1hoz \u00e9s a t\u00e1j\u00e9koz\u00f3d\u00e1shoz val\u00f3 jog gyakorl\u00e1sa c\u00e9lj\u00e1b\u00f3l;<\/span><\/p>\r\n

a szem\u00e9lyes adatok kezel\u00e9s\u00e9t el\u0151\u00edr\u00f3, az adatkezel\u0151re alkalmazand\u00f3 uni\u00f3s vagy tag\u00e1llami jog szerinti k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9g teljes\u00edt\u00e9se (ilyen eset a sz\u00e1ml\u00e1z\u00e1s keret\u00e9ben megval\u00f3sul\u00f3 adatkezel\u00e9s, mivel a sz\u00e1mla meg\u0151rz\u00e9s\u00e9t jogszab\u00e1ly \u00edrja el\u0151), illetve k\u00f6z\u00e9rdekb\u0151l vagy az adatkezel\u0151re ruh\u00e1zott k\u00f6zhatalmi jogos\u00edtv\u00e1ny gyakorl\u00e1sa keret\u00e9ben v\u00e9gzett feladat v\u00e9grehajt\u00e1sa c\u00e9lj\u00e1b\u00f3l;<\/span><\/p>\r\n

jogi ig\u00e9nyek el\u0151terjeszt\u00e9s\u00e9hez, \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9hez, illetve v\u00e9delm\u00e9hez (pl.: ha Adatkezel\u0151nek \u00d6n fel\u00e9 k\u00f6vetel\u00e9se \u00e1ll fenn \u00e9s azt m\u00e9g nem teljes\u00edtette, vagy fogyaszt\u00f3i, adatkezel\u00e9si panasz int\u00e9z\u00e9se van folyamatban).<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Tiltakoz\u00e1shoz val\u00f3 jog<\/b><\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00d6n jogosult arra, hogy a saj\u00e1t helyzet\u00e9vel kapcsolatos okokb\u00f3l b\u00e1rmikor tiltakozzon szem\u00e9lyes adatainak jogos \u00e9rdeken alapul\u00f3 kezel\u00e9se ellen. Ebben az esetben Adatkezel\u0151 a szem\u00e9lyes adatokat nem kezelheti tov\u00e1bb, kiv\u00e9ve, ha az bizony\u00edtja, hogy az adatkezel\u00e9st olyan k\u00e9nyszer\u00edt\u0151 erej\u0171 jogos okok indokolj\u00e1k, amelyek els\u0151bbs\u00e9get \u00e9lveznek az \u00d6n \u00e9rdekeivel, jogaival \u00e9s szabads\u00e1gaival szemben, vagy amelyek jogi ig\u00e9nyek el\u0151terjeszt\u00e9s\u00e9hez, \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9hez vagy v\u00e9delm\u00e9hez kapcsol\u00f3dnak.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Ha a szem\u00e9lyes adatok kezel\u00e9se k\u00f6zvetlen \u00fczletszerz\u00e9s \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben t\u00f6rt\u00e9nik, \u00d6n jogosult arra, hogy b\u00e1rmikor tiltakozzon az \u00d6nre vonatkoz\u00f3 szem\u00e9lyes adatok e c\u00e9lb\u00f3l t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 kezel\u00e9se ellen, ide\u00e9rtve a profilalkot\u00e1st is, amennyiben az a k\u00f6zvetlen \u00fczletszerz\u00e9shez kapcsol\u00f3dik. Ha \u00d6n tiltakozik a szem\u00e9lyes adatok k\u00f6zvetlen \u00fczletszerz\u00e9s \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 kezel\u00e9se ellen, akkor a szem\u00e9lyes adatok a tov\u00e1bbiakban e c\u00e9lb\u00f3l nem kezelhet\u0151k.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Hordozhat\u00f3s\u00e1ghoz val\u00f3 jog<\/b><\/span><\/p>\r\n

Amennyiben az adatkezel\u00e9s automatiz\u00e1lt m\u00f3don val\u00f3sul meg, vagy ha az adatkezel\u00e9s az \u00d6n \u00f6nk\u00e9ntes hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1s\u00e1n alapul, \u00d6nnek joga van arra, hogy k\u00e9rje Adatkezel\u0151t\u0151l, hogy az \u00d6n \u00e1ltal az Adatkezel\u0151 r\u00e9sz\u00e9re megadott adatokat megkapja, amit Adatkezel\u0151 xml, JSON, vagy csv form\u00e1tumban bocs\u00e1t az \u00d6n rendelkez\u00e9s\u00e9re, ha ez technikailag megval\u00f3s\u00edthat\u00f3, akkor k\u00e9rheti, hogy az Adatkezel\u0151 az adatokat ebben a form\u00e1ban m\u00e1s adatkezel\u0151 sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra tov\u00e1bb\u00edtsa.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Automatiz\u00e1lt d\u00f6nt\u00e9shozatal<\/b><\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00d6n jogosult arra, hogy ne terjedjen ki \u00d6nre az olyan, kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag automatiz\u00e1lt adatkezel\u00e9sen alapul\u00f3 d\u00f6nt\u00e9s hat\u00e1lya (ide\u00e9rtve a profilalkot\u00e1st is), amely \u00d6nre n\u00e9zve joghat\u00e1ssal j\u00e1rna vagy \u00d6nt hasonl\u00f3k\u00e9ppen jelent\u0151s m\u00e9rt\u00e9kben \u00e9rinten\u00e9. Ezekben az esetekben Adatkezel\u0151 k\u00f6teles megfelel\u0151 int\u00e9zked\u00e9seket tenni az \u00e9rintett jogainak, szabads\u00e1gainak \u00e9s jogos \u00e9rdekeinek v\u00e9delme \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben, ide\u00e9rtve az \u00e9rintettnek legal\u00e1bb azt a jog\u00e1t, hogy az adatkezel\u0151 r\u00e9sz\u00e9r\u0151l emberi beavatkoz\u00e1st k\u00e9rjen, \u00e1ll\u00e1spontj\u00e1t kifejezze, \u00e9s a d\u00f6nt\u00e9ssel szemben kifog\u00e1st ny\u00fajtson be.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

A fentiek nem alkalmazand\u00f3ak abban az esetben, ha a d\u00f6nt\u00e9s: <\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00d6n \u00e9s az adatkezel\u0151 k\u00f6z\u00f6tti szerz\u0151d\u00e9s megk\u00f6t\u00e9se vagy teljes\u00edt\u00e9se \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges;<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Az Adatkezel\u0151 a szervezeti \u00e9s technikai lehet\u0151s\u00e9gekhez k\u00e9pest mindent megtesz annak \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben, hogy adatfeldolgoz\u00f3i is megfelel\u0151 adatbiztons\u00e1gi int\u00e9zked\u00e9seket tegyenek, amikor az \u00d6n szem\u00e9lyes adataival dolgoznak.<\/span><\/p>\r\n
